The client management feature is very convenient feature that is searchable by name or company. Each company can have multiple contacts, job titles and their contact information.
Clients and companies are constantly moving locations, hiring new personnel, changing names and changing titles. Make the change in Client Management section of Datappraise and it is there for the entire office to benefit. In addition, each appraisal or service provided to that client is attached to the record.
In years past, when an old template was pulled for that company, the appraiser and bookkeeper might miss a change in client information but that problem is obsolete. It is a quick reference for a phone number, email or an address.
